Deliveries and returns

Deliveries

All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 working days (except weekends and public holidays). We deliver all over the world.
For countries outside Europe (including Switzerland), additional customs clearance fees may apply and are to be paid by the customer. (more information in our GTC).
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns
Items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging to the following address :

Please include the order number and your name in your package.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense

Exchanges
The costs of return shipment in case of product exchange are at our expense.

Refunds
We will exchange or refund items within 7 days of receiving the package at our office.
If the conditions of return are not respected, Drôles de Marmots will not be able to proceed with the reimbursement of the products concerned.
